| Q- Is XPipFactory.com a Forex Broker? |
| A- No, we are not. We are a Trading Software and Training company that trades the Forex Markets and eMini's with our own capital as we train our members in our live internet trading Room. |

| Q- How much money do I need to get started trading the Forex Markets? |
A- We suggest that you start out with a minimum of $2,500 in your trading account, You actually start to trade and learn the AlphaTrend system with a demo account on a trade simulator and risk nothing until you’re ready to go live with your own capital.

| Q- How long does the training take and how long until I trade real money? |
| A- That will depend on how much time you are putting into the training, along with how long you have been trading, as well as how quickly you learn, etc.. However, it is our goal to have all our students up and running trading real money after approximately 4-6 weeks. During the training period, we recommend that you complete a block of 25 trades with at 17 of them being profitable before you trade with real money. |

| Q- What is your trading goal in the live trading room? |
| A- 20 Ticks daily for the Forex Futures and 4 points daily on the S&P 500 eMini market. |

| Q- How much time do I have to dedicate to trading the AlphaTrend system to make 4 points and 20 Ticks a day? |
| A- That depends on the market conditions when you’re trading. Michael will hit trading goals in less than the first 10 minutes of trading some days, other days it may take a couple of hours. The beautiful thing about being an independent and successful trader is that you can manage your own schedule and trade when it’s convenient for you, as these markets trade 24 hours a day, 5 days a week. |

| Q- How many points do you have to risk on the average trade? |
| A- The average trade risks about 10 ticks for the Forex futures and about 2 points for the S&P 500 eMini contract . |

| Q- What is the win percentage of the 4XPipPress System? |
| A- It’s around 70 percent. |
|

| Q- How many computer screens do I need to trade the AlphaTrend System? |
| A- You can trade it with one screen, although we think two screens is a better set-up. |

| Q- How many trades per day will the system indentify? |
| A- There are multiple trading opportunities during the trading day however our goal is to provide you with a set of high probability trading signals. On average our AlphaTrend indicators will provide you with ten or more opportunities throughout the trading day. |

| Q- What is the minimum investment per trade? |
| A- You can trade one contract with as little as $500 as your margin requirement. |

| Q- How many hours per day do I need to trade.? |
| A- We recommend you only trade 2 to 3 hours per day. This time frame each day will give you multiple trading opportunities. The markets that we trade are open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, so you can choose whatever time is convenient to you. |

| Q- Do you help me set up my trading account, charts and execution platform? |
| A- Yes we have videos to walk you through the process of how to set up your charts and trading platform. We will also personally work with you via live remote access to setup the trading indicators on your computer for you. |

| Q- What are the ongoing costs? |
| A- There is no cost for trading and training for the first 6 months. After that, you can choose to access our services for only $149 a month. With the initial purchase of the Trading Mastery Program, you own the AlphaTrend indicators, all upgrades, and the NeuroTech PeakPerformance System. |

| Q- Do I need a special computer system to trade the E-Minis? |
| A- You will need a PC with high speed Internet access. If you have purchased a computer in the last 4 years, it should be OK. We suggest at least 2 GB of RAM, but 4 or more is preferable. |
